Vintage Large Mid Century Acrylic On Board Of Broadstairs Beach & Jetty

I was drawn to this painting as I love a sea & boat scene and the colours and style of this work are beautiful. I then discovered it was of Broadstairs in Kent, of which I have found childhood memories and now Im finding it difficult to part with it! Im leaving in the hands of fate, if it sells so be it but if it doesn't I'll be happy.

Please study photos carefully for condition. The frame is very rustic but I love the patina of it. The camera tends to oversaturate colour.
