Vintage Terracotta Pear & Aubergine

I absolutely love these 2 terracotta decorative pieces. The dealer I bought them from tried to tell me they predated Jesus by about a thousand years. Now I have absolutely no idea how old they are or where they have come from but I think the older than Jesus spiel is probably a lie!

What I do know is they are beautifully tactile objects and are my favourite colours, a rust brown and a dark murky blue. They would grace any shelf.

There is some damage to the pear please study photos carefully.

Pear measures approx 17cm tall x 11cm diameter.

Aubergine measures approx 21cm long x 8cm diameter
